A friend of mine is a photographer and she took pics of the girls recently. This is the first time we have a good picture of both girls together, first Kylie wanted nothing to do with Maya, then Maya wanted nothing to do with Kylie, well we now have sisterly love!! Check out the rest at her blog..

Dear God.. Hello Maya keeps spitting and won't stop, she is not listening, thats not proper. Will you write her a letter and write no spitting and then sign your name?

MDA Walk

I have been wanting to do something like this with Kylie. A group of ladies from my moms group put a team together, one of them has a child with MD and one of the mothers has it. So we are joining the team!

Salt or Pepper?

Maya 'helped' me by opening up the stockpile of plastic silverware set up. She took all the salts and peppers, opened them up and poured them on herself and in a bowl :)

Maya's first haircut

Today we took the girls to Hair Diddle Diddle:) It was time for Kylie to get a trim seeing as her last trim was right before she started PreK3! And Maya needed a few scraggles trimmed up. Maya was still totally bald at her first birthday, but her hair has really grown in the past few months but is growing a bit mulletish, lol.. She was less than thrilled about the whole process, she kept insisting NO :(
So the picture is one for the memory book, thats my Maya!! I did not get a good pic afterwards, but will try in the morning.

Maya pee pee'd!

Maya has been practicing on the potty, had a few accidental pee's in it, but tonight was her first time she intentionally went! She was excited, I was excited! She got an Elmo sticker on a piece of paper as a reward. I told her we could put more stickers on it when she did it again. She instead thought she would sleep with the piece of paper:) Yay for Maya!!
